About Erika I have a personal and professional knowledge and insight into San Francisco’s many wonderful investment opportunities. I live in the City of San Francisco, am married and I have two grown children. I'm old school with new school understanding.

Work Experience After attending New York University, I began my professional life in the Advertising Business in San Diego, CA. I went on to hold positions as Department Head, Sales Manager, Advertising Director until I began my own business as a corporate educator and public relations executive for a major manufacturer. My 25+ years of sales, marketing and management experience have greatly enhanced my ability to counsel both buyers and sellers through a process that can sometimes be stressful and uncertain. Clients have told me that I’m the “Velvet Hammer” and that I do business the way business should be done.

Erika Provides I have built a reliable, extensive network of commercial lenders, real estate attorneys, contractors, vendors, property managers, and 1031 exchange experts, all providing services to support my buyers and sellers. When you need a referral, I promise I  have it!

I use technology, like internet, e-mail and instant & text messaging to keep in touch with prospective investors and buyers for your property, as well as, agents who have represented buyers in your neighborhood and throughout the Bay Area. I  provide electronic transaction management, to make the process easier for you and reduce paper output.  

Networking and Training is important to any professional.  Wanting always to improve my skills, to better serve my clients. I am a member of:

I continue to attend seminars for CCIM Certification, LEED designation for Green Building, OMI/Ellis issues, TIC/Condo Conversion, 1031 Exchange, Tax Benefits, Property Management, and Networking. I stay abreast of current changes to real estate law, tenancy law, and current local legislation that pertain to your real estate investments.  I am currently obtaining my Brokers license.

I am a quarterly columnist for the San Francisco Apartment Association Magazine and publish “The 2-4 World” providing a quarterly market survey for 2-4 Unit property in San Francisco.  I am a contributing writer to the Irish Herald Newspaper in their Real Estate column.
